ANTHEM: RIDE

A 45 minutes full-body rhythm-led indoor cycling workout that incorporates upper body exercises. We feed off the energy in the room and work together as a group to create an amazing experience for all fitness and skill levels.

For an extended sweat, we offer this format in a 60 minute version on Sundays at 8:00am.

ANTHEM: POWER

Take your ride to the next level with ANTHEM POWER. This 45 minute strength-based rhythm ride includes big hills, higher resistances, and a heavy weights track to help you build muscle and increase your POWER.

ANTHEM: FOUNDATIONS

A 45 min skill-building format. This ride is great for people new to rhythm ride or more experienced riders looking to sharpen their technique. Each month we will focus on a new skill area to help build the foundations of rhythm ride.

The class takes place weekly at 9:20am on Saturdays.
