  • A rhythm-led indoor cycling workout that incorporates upper body exercises. If you haven’t heard of rhythm riding before, it is a high intensity indoor cycling workout designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, build strength, and burn calories. Each ride is choreographed to a playlist creating a fun, unique, high-energy environment.

    The beat of the music drives our workout and inspires our choreography. Its like a spin class, but a whole lot more fun. Our playlists are carefully curated to create an engaging and motivating experience that feels more like a party. We feed off the energy in the room and work together as a group to create an amazing workout for all fitness and skill levels.

    ANTHEM is for everyone. No matter your fitness level or ability, our instructors will ensure you have a great time. By adjusting the intensiity and choreography you can tune your ride so it works for you.

    We currently have three different ride formats to choose from.

  • Free cycle shoes loaners are available. Our shoes range from 36 to 47 in European sizing. Our bikes aren’t compatible with trainers.

    If you haven’t tried bike shoes before, trust us and give it a go. We find they deliver a smooth, fun (and safe) ride that you just don’t get with trainers.

    Our pedals are compatible with an SPD cleat if you already have your own.

  • If it’s your first time, we strongly recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to class to check-in, have your bike comfortably fit, and make sure you can click-in your cleats - particularly if you are new to rhythm ride. We’re here to help! Our instructors want to make sure you have an excellent experience, and do not want to delay the class for other riders.

  • We have a water refill station on-site and reusable water bottles for sale. We also have 'Wallaby' aluminium bottled water for purchase.

    Please do not bring glass bottles to the studio as they present a hazard in an area with tile floors and bare feet.

  • A complimentary gym towel will be waiting for you on your bike and a cold eucalyptus towel is available for you after class!

  • We recommend wearing a breathable athletic tee or singlet with form-fitting athletic pants or shorts that allow for easy movement.

  • We’re a small spin studio in the heart of Manly Beach, setup to make it easy for you to pop in for a class when its convenient for your schedule. We’re not a full service gym, and therefore don’t have locker rooms or showers.

    We do have sanitary facilities for customers and a small set of lockers near our front desk.

  • Indoor cycling is great for any fitness level. If you are uncomfortable performing any or all of the elements, you can just ride to the beat at a resistance level that is comfortable for you. The workout can suit any ability and we encourage you to go at your own pace and just have fun!

  • We have brand new Stages SC2 indoor bikes, specifically configured for rhythm riding. Each bike has a dumbbell holder so we can incorporate an upper-body weight track.

  • Yes, but we always recommend that you check with your doctor prior and ride at your own pace. Feel free to ask your instructor for advice before your class begins (recommend arriving 15 minutes early).

  • We totally understand if you need to leave during the cooldown at the end of class, but we do ask that you stay through the end of the last working track. We understand that there may be times when you feel unwell or there is an emergency and we just ask you to let the front desk staff know on your way out.

  • We are setup for riders 16 years and older. Our insurance will not allow us to cater for younger riders.

  • No, unfortunately we’re not setup to offer childcare services
